Tangy Deviled Eggs

Equipment

  • deviled egg platter or plate

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil, cool, and peel eggs.
  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  • Remove yolks and mash with fork in a bowl.
  • Combine yolks with remaining ingredients. Blend well until smooth.
  • Refill whites with approx. 2 tsp of mixture per egg half.
  • If desired, garnish with cherry tomato quarters and/or paprika.
