Quick and Easy Chocolate Frosting
Chocolate frosting for cakes and cupcakes
Ingredients
- 3 bars Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
- 1 c Miniature Marshmallows
- 1/2 c Butter or margarine, softened
- 2 1/2 c Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 c Milk
Instructions
- In medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate, stirring constantly.
- Add marshmallows, stir frequently until melted (Mixture will be very thick and will pull away from sides of saucepan).
- Spoon mixture into small mixer bowl, beat in butter.
- Add sugar and vanilla alternately with milk, beat to desired consistency.
Notes
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
