Ingredients
  

  • 3 bars Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
  • 1 c Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1/2 c Butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 1/2 c Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3 c Milk

Instructions
 

  • In medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate, stirring constantly.
  • Add marshmallows, stir frequently until melted (Mixture will be very thick and will pull away from sides of saucepan).
  • Spoon mixture into small mixer bowl, beat in butter.
  • Add sugar and vanilla alternately with milk, beat to desired consistency.

Notes

Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
