Pumpkin Bread or Muffins
Fall's favorite flavor in a delicious muffin
- 3.5 c flour
- 1.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3 c sugar
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 2/3 c water
- 4 eggs
- 2 c canned pumpkin
Mix together: flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin pie spice.
Beat in sugar, oil, water, eggs and pumpkin.
Pour into greased and floured bread pans or muffin tins.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until center is dry when inserting toothpick.
