Ingredients
  

  • 2 c Sugar
  • 2/3 c Cocoa
  • 1/4 c Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter or Margarine
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 c Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt in saucepan.
  • Add water and butter, cook to boiling.
  • Lower heat and cook for about 8 minutes longer, stirring constantly.

Notes

Store in jar in refrigerator.  Great over ice cream, or on top of cheesecake.
