Ingredients
  

  • 2 c Beef roast, cooked and chopped I make mine in crock pot in advance
  • 3 diced carrots
  • 3 diced potatoes
  • 1/2 Rutabaga, diced
  • 1/2 Head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1 Large onion, diced
  • 5 c Beef bullion
  • 1 can 15 oz Stewed Tomatoes
  • 32 oz Tomato Juice
  • 2 c Water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Bring boullion, tomato juice, stewed tomatoes, and water to boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer.
  • Add all other ingredients and simmer until tender.
  • It may be thicker than you like, so add a little more of your choice of liquids used. Makes a large quantity and tastes better if it sits a day before serving.
