  • 3 c salted peanuts
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 3 oz unsweetened chocolate chips


  • Pulse ingredients together in a food processor.
  • Spread out between two pieces of wax paper and place in freezer for 1 hour minimum.
  • Cut into approximately 16 pieces.
