1 pkgdry yeast
1/4csugaror honey
1TBSbutter
5-6cflour

Let rise (proof) until dough is double in size (usually 1 hour-1.5 hour). This is best in a warm, moist area. See notes.
Punch dough down and let rise again until double in size.
Shape into 2 loaves or rolls. Place in greased bread pans. Let rise.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
To create a great proofing oven for rising:Boil approx. 4 cups of water and place in a pan; place pan in bottom floor of oven. Then place your bowl of dough on a rack and shut the oven door. This locks in warmth and moisture, which is great for proofing bread!
