Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/3 c water

Instructions
 

  • Brown meat in frying pan. While frying, mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl and put aside.
  • Mix tomato paste and vinegar in separate bowl and set aside.
  • Drain meat, keeping in pan.
  • Add spices and tomato paste mixture to pan and stir.
  • Serve with your favorite Mexican dish.
