Anytime Taco Meat
Tasty, low sodium, sugar free, and made with ingredients in your spice rack!
- 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1/3 c water
Brown meat in frying pan. While frying, mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl and put aside.
Mix tomato paste and vinegar in separate bowl and set aside.
Drain meat, keeping in pan.
Add spices and tomato paste mixture to pan and stir.
Serve with your favorite Mexican dish.
