Separate egg whites from yolks, placing whites in one bowl, yolks in another.
Add cream of tartar and salt to egg whites, and cream cheese to yolks.
Whip whites until stiff peaks are formed, and beat yolks with cream cheese.
Add one mixture into the other, and stir gently with a spatula.
On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, spoon mixture onto the sheet, in 8 equal amounts, flatten and create round shapes with spoon.
Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cool and eat with your favorite sandwich fixings. To store, separate each piece between wax paper and refrigerate. Place in toaster for each use if you enjoy a toasted bread.
