Chicken Fajitas (works with any meat)

- 4 T canola oil divided
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 1/2 t seasoning salt
- 1 1/2 t oregano
- 1 1/2 t cumin
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t chili powder
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 pound chickn breasts/cut in strips or steak, pork, shrimp
- 1/2 medium red pepper
- 1/2 medium green pepper
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 c chopped onions
- 6 flour tortillas
In a large bowl, add oil, lemon juice, and seasonings.
Add meat of your choice, cut in strips, and refrigerate 1-4 hours.
Coat a skillet with vegetable oil, and add sliced peppers and onions, sauteeing over medium heat until tender.
Remove vegetables and set aside.
Remove excess marinade from meat, and sautee in same skillet for 5-6 minutes. Return peppers and onions to pan and toss together.
Remove from heat and serve in tortillas, with toppings of your choice.
Suggested additional toppings:
Cheese, sour cream, black beans, salsa, jalapenos.
